Water Supplies Department’s (WSD) “Excursion with Water Save Dave AR Experience” activity is from 1 October 2023 to 31 March 2024 (Further announcement would be made if there are any changes).

Participants should register their username and password in the Main Page. The password should contain at least 6 alphanumeric characters.

Participants should download the screen capture of the username and password for future use. To protect your personal privacy, the system would not recover or reset forgotten password for participants.

Staff of the “Excursion with Water Save Dave” Visiting Programme will display the QR code of the activity to the participants during guided tours for login to the Main Page. Participants could also login in to the Main Page by scanning the QR code in the web page of “Excursion with Water Save Dave" Visiting Programme. After participants have finished taking photos using AR frame of a waterworks facility in the Check Point Page, they would automatically get a “Completed” stamp at the corresponding spot on the page. Participants should save their photos as the system would not keep any photos or link to the photo albums in their mobile phones.

After collecting the “Completed” stamps of different guided tours required, participants could click on the “Redeem Now” button on the Check Point Page and the system will display the souvenir redemption arrangement automatically. Participants should make appointment by call (Tel: 2829 4799 or 3102 0699), by fax (2511 9080) or by email (wsdinfo@wsd.gov.hk) for redemption of the souvenir. Please provide your name used in applying “Excursion with Water Save Dave” Visiting Programme and the locations and dates of the guided tours that you have participated for our verification. After verifying the right to redeem souvenirs, WSD would contact the eligible participants for arrangement of redemption date and venue. To speed up the verification process, participants should use the same name and phone number when applying different guided tours of the “Excursion with Water Save Dave" Visiting Programme.

Participants should show the Check Point Page with required “Completed” stamps to WSD staff who will enter a specified passcode for redemption of the souvenir.

Selected souvenir is either one WSD Notebook or one Water Save Dave doll. Souvenir can only be redeemed and selected once only.

• Right to redeem WSD Notebook: Successfully participated in 4 different visiting locations
• Right to redeem Water Save Dave doll：Successfully participated in 6 different visiting locations

The photos of selected souvenirs are for reference only. The actual product of the souvenir should be considered as final. WSD would make rearrangement of the souvenirs depending on the stock. Participants could make enquiry when making appointment for redemption.

Participants should bring along a valid identification document and show it to WSD staff for verification. If participants authorize another person to collect the souvenir on their behalf, please provide a consent from the participant with the names of participant and delegate in it for verification.
